Steve Rayner nosed to victory in a final task against rival Stephen Higgins. The 30-year-old will take up the €100,000 a year position in January. Businessman Bill Cullen said he had hired Rayner because he had a wonderful talent for selling.

Stephen is the owner and director of The Wedding Trainer, a company that specialises in helping people to change their body type for their wedding day. Prior to setting up the company Stephen also worked in banking and recruiting.
Stephen prides himself on being a risk-taker, walking away from a promising career in banking to set up his own company during a recession and then turning that business into a success.
Originally from Galway, Stephen is a fitness fanatic. When not training bride and grooms to be, he is focusing on his own personal training, spending a lot of time in the gym, where he is predominantly based.
