Fran follows the ups and downs of the life of Fran Costello who is the assistant manager of St Peter's United, a Leinster Senior League team. It's been nine years since the side graced the league's First Division, but this year Fran is convinced all that is about to change and he has allowed the TV3 cameras to document what he feels is going to be his club's finest year.
